DreamWeaver…Once Upon A Time!

The 6th Annual Dreamweaver Show is back.  This year’s show will feature all NEW Dances, Songs, Theatrics, Arial Acrobatics and More!

DreamWeaver performances are as follows:
Thrusday, April 25th – 7:00pm – (Student Night)
Friday, April 26th – 7:00pm
Saturday, April 27th – 2:00pm and 6:00pm
Sunday, April 28th – 2:00pm

All seats are reserved!

DreamWeaver…Once Upon A Time tickets are now on Sale at Artistry in Motion or you can call (805) 226-6514. Hours for sale of tickets are 3:30-6:00 pm and we accept check, cash or credit cards. Show dates are April 26th-28th. We are running an early bird special until March 15th:
$15.00 for children, students and seniors
$20.00 for adults
$75.00 Family 5 pack (5 tickets for $75.00)

Any amount over 5 tickets is $15.00

AFTER MARCH 15th TICKET PRICES WILL INCREASE TO:
$20.00 for children, students and seniors
$22.00 for adults

From its inception, Artistry’s mission has been to introduce and spread the joy of dancing in Paso Robles and the north county. To that end, we are developing into a locally acclaimed and well-respected Paso Robles dance school. We offer a full range of dance classes in which course curriculum’s aspire to the highest quality, being innovative and diverse, while preserving the traditional aspects of dancing.

Artistry in Motion, and dance school in Paso Robles is focused with every facet of Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and Contemporary dancing. It has launched and produced Dream Catcher – The story centers on an enchanting dreamer, played by local artist/dancer, Ali Giroux, and jesters played by Michael Mclean and Michael Scribner, and many talented singers, dancers and actors who joined them on their trip through lives, hopes, dreams and accomplishments.

We also specialize in workshops for all ages and skill sets, dance competitions and local outings to local venues.

Owner/Director
Bob Woodard started dancing in 1978 with the Oakland Ballet. He moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly and continued his dance training at Pat Jackson’s American Dance. From there, he traveled to Los Angeles and New York City to dance in and choreograph television shows, commercials, and Broadway hits with the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Celine Dion, Janet Jackson and Tommy Tune’s “Grease” to mention a few. He has also choreographed the Miss USA, Miss Teen America and Miss Universe Pageants. Bob is an award winning choreographer and is currently teaching at “Artistry in Motion” in Paso Robles and travels the United States judging for “Show Biz International” one of the country’s leading dance competitions.

Owner/Director
June Greenawalt is a 40 year veteran dance instructor.
She started dancing at the age of 3 with Lou Ann Young in Anderson, Indiana. She was a performer with Young Ballet Theatre and was also instructed by Ms. Young’s teacher Margaret Saul, who taught such distinguished companies as the London Ballet and the National Ballet of Canada. Ms. Greenawalt graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Dance and a minor in Ballet and performed with various regional dance companies in the east. She later moved to California where she studied Jazz and Hip Hop down at the Debbie Reynolds Studio and the Edge in Hollywood. She started teaching for Allan Hancock as a college instructor in 1983 and stayed there teaching Jazz, Hip Hop and Modern Dance. While there is where she met Pat Jackson and also began teaching for her at both the Atascadero studio and Arroyo Grande. More recently June is now a former owner of Class Act Dance for the last 14 years, while there she developed the jazz and hip hop programs and led them to be very successful groups winning both regional and national awards and taken them on cruises to Mexico, Las Vegas and New York. She was one of the key instructors of Jesus Solorio, Season 3 finalist of “So You Think You Can Dance”. The last award was in July of 2011 where her and her partner Bob Woodard and teacher Jasmine Woodjack won Choreographers of the year for Kid’s Artistic Revue Nationals in Las Vegas. June is a National Dance judge for Showbiz Dance and Talent Competitions, one of the oldest and most respected competitions in the country. She flies across the country to many locations to judge and adjudicate various dance studios across the country. Ms. Greenawalt is truly excited to present Paso Robles with this new and exciting artistic endeavor knows as “Artistry in Motion Performing Arts Studio”.
